Each 10-week cycle provides guided learning to suit your schedule through the combination of online classes and course videos.  You can attend all or any of the classes available at no extra cost!

Class topics include material from the core courses, Awaken & Breathe, Ground & Self-Connect, Invigorate, and This moment, Tai Chi coming soon. You are encouraged to make use of your video library then come to the live classes with your questions and the opportunity to get personalized feedback from Wendy to deepen your learning.

Take one class a week or all six! Classes will cover the same topic per week. For example, Tuesday and Thursday Tai ji Level 1 will cover the same material.

Discussion Nights

This is a beautiful time to connect with Wendy and your fellow class members. One Sunday evening a month, prepare a cup of soothing tea, get in your pyjamas and hop online to discuss the concepts behind tài jí.

These philosophies are steeped in the cycles of nature. For example, the familiar yin-yang symbol represents the flow of movement between extremes just as day turns to night. You can apply this not only to your tài jí practice but to your daily life.

Book Club

The guiding principles of tai ji derive from the philosophy of taoism which is strongly rooted in the rhythms and cycles of nature. “365 Tao” by Deng-Ming Dao provides a daily read to connect you to your self and the world around you.

Once a month, anyone wishing to participate can gather online to share thoughts about these ideas. 2nd Tuesday of the month, 8:30 - 9:15 PM.

"365 Tao: Daily Meditations" by Deng Ming-Dao is available in paperback, digital and audio options. Recommended to have it by Jan. 1st.

Enjoy full access to the following courses

Awaken & Breathe

Ground & Self Connect

Invigorate

This Moment, Tai Chi

The above courses serve as the foundational learning provided in the classes. You can watch these at your own pace and use them as reference material to review what we practice in the live-class sessions.

If you are new to the program, you can easily jump into the live classes and follow along with the movements. Any time that you wish to review the material, you’ll be able to find tutorials and practice videos in the courses for easy reference.
