Welcome to the Ground & Self Connect course!

This is from a series of videos I sent out to students to learn and practice a gentle horse stance. I find that this practice offers tremendous benefits when I take 5 to 10 minutes to include it in my day.
This course was designed for you to work on one lesson per week, integrate the concepts into your practice and then move on to the next lesson. As you watch each video, you will have access to the next lesson in sequence, so if you prefer to watch them all at once then revisit them each week, you are welcome to do that as well!
